INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup small-diced mango (about 1 small mango)
- 1 cup small-diced watermelon
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1 to 2 small jalapeños, minced
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt and black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. The salsa is best if allowed to sit for an hour or two so the flavors can meld.
